My Feelings About PM10

Yeah, it has been already a year and 2 months that have been passed on since i met you guys in the MPH hall and B19 or B21(corrected) for the orientation day (hopefully my memory still serves me). Honestly speaking....that first day look like a nightmare for me initially because i knew that i was bring thrown into the unknown for the 1st time since entering primary school 12 years ago.

I also knew that i have to start all over again the idea of making friends with new people which i sort of abandoned it long time ago as i was with the same group of friends for my entire school career. Now, when i look back that day, i really felt stupid for making that comment because it was actually that moment another turning point of my life has started to evolve from there. I still can remember that 1st day as if it was yesterday ( i know it is cliche) because there were some moments i could recall from it which is Darren's vulgarity to one of the volunteers, Cheok trying to act out for Obama, Jess for being the most prominent one that day as she talked the most during that orientation session with Ms.Choong, Wee for having a purple hair, Akira for having a somehow Japanese name, Becky for having an English accent, the presence of 2 Carmen and Ka Mun which was confusing for me as i cant remember names very well which Jess knows clearly about it , etc.

But then i also knew at that moment, some of you thought that i was a Malay boy (a term Darren made) which i was expecting it. One of the examples is Hannah asking me whether i could eat pork....wth.... which was actually our 1st conversation with each other. As the days gone on.....i made many new friends with you people which certainly have different personalities compared to my Klang buddies. There are also some proud moments i had with you people such as the Moral video assignment which initially brought some tensions between Jess and me due to certain disagreements and someway or another we did brought the best presentation i have ever participated in the One Hour Break team which was a huge success as the video is being played again for the future batch of students as examples according to my juniors.

In addition to that, i also had fun during the trip to Penang as it was my 2nd trip with my friends since high school. Furthermore, i also had fun during the trip to the NPBK which brought a bit of a reality check in me whether i wanted to be a pharmacist or venture into something else. Next, the surprise birthday party which all of you made at the cafeteria was pretty touching for me...and i honestly did feel like crying when you all sang for me the happy birthday song at the Bio lab but i never reveal it. Not to forget, i also had many individual success over here which is all because of the dedication of the lecturers;

Ms.Goh
Well, you are probably one of the most patient lecturer around and it was pretty hard to catch up with the way you taught us on the first day last year and i can remember everybody gave an amusing look after one of your lessons at the start. However, we did managed ourselves to gel into it. Thank you so much for your lessons as it did brought the best out of me

Mr.Lucas
Hmmm...well what i have to say is....i did find sir as one of the most dedicated lecturer ever in my entire life (continuous tutorials and extra classes which was tough but cant blame it as we are in the Mac intake). However, the 1st day under you was pretty much intimidating as you kind off started off immediately with the way to score your Chem papers as i was like HUH. As the time when along, i guess you are the lecturer, we bonded much with which could be due to our age gap is not that far off. I did feel very touched when you kind off nearly cried after the class party and gifting us a cake. In the end, thank you so much for your lessons and hopefully we can still keep your record intact about the A's percentages and if possible the A* as well which you have been stressing out all this while

Mr. Vara
Well, sir, you are the most cheerful physics lecturer i have ever seen which is totally contrasting to the teacher i had in school which couldnt even teach 4 chapters of simple SPM syllabus in 2 years. I did find physics a wonderful subject under your guidance and i dont think i m the only person who thinks the same for example ( Chung Ren, Wee and Feli). You did made me feel physics a bit more simpler and made me mesmorize with the way you could recall all the years and origins of particular scientist and theories which is certainly mind boggling. Lastly, thank you so much for all your dedication in teaching us till we could understand the wonderful world of physics which i am still interested with.

Ms.Lourds
We have been with each other since Sem 3 and i do agree with Feli's thought regarding the gap which exists between us. Yet, you did taught us well in your classes which is definitely a different way of teaching compared to our previous Bio lecturer. I did find your teaching pretty much helpful because it kind off guide us into examination mode which is a good way to adapt the pressure answering the questions in the exam hall which can be daunting. Lastly, thank you much for spending all your effort in the class and with God's will...we hope we can ace the examinations

Ms.Esther
Thinking Skills was somehow a very interesting subject for me as it did made me think a hell lot to just answer some of those questions especially the IQ questions. I did feel a bit frustrated with the subject because my marks was always flunctuating up and down after every single test which is probably the same problem i had with everyone else. Yet again, we did delivered in the AS exams which certainly made you very proud with us even though we only had 8 months to get the proper understanding compared to the Jan intake students which had the 11 months in their belt. In a nutshell, i want to thank you so much for all your lessons which at times was strict but certainly worth it for us in incorporating some of the knowledge given in making certain decisions in our daily life.

Looks like it is the end of it.....so hopefully we can now.....put our heart and soul in giving the final push for the examination and may we all graduate this course by getting the fantastic results we are all hoping for!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Because We're Awesome Like That.

Greetings and salutations, one and all!
This is probably my 2nd and last offering to this blog since, err, college is sorta kinda over.

As we all know full well, the exams are drawing closer and at this point of time, the stress really is surmounting to a climax! (Yeah, yeah, I know, "Why is Hannah ranting about the exams on the class blog, when we already hear about day in, day out! As if the constant reminders from our lecturers, peers and parents aren't enough! Stupid girl.)

The point I simply want to make is this: Throughout this course we've been driven towards achieving the goal of (God-willing) straight A's! The spectacular row of good grades will look stellar on our transcripts! We can be anyone, anywhere, doing anything! The sky is the limit! Not to mention the impressive pay. Yada, yada, you get the idea of the kind of propaganda that's been planted in our minds, souls and beings.

But in the Christian faith, success, achievements and grades cannot be the ultimate measure of who you are as a person. But rather, it's the character you sow, through your actions, thoughts, values you instill and most importantly, your faith in God.

No, I am not telling you to throw your books into oblivion and start frolicking in the fields. What I'm saying is: Work. Work hard. Try your best, to steer clear from regret. Yet, as we head towards the final preparations of the exams, please remember that who you are isn't determined by how well you have done. And really, it's not the end of the world even if you do not-so-well. (Which probably means one B and three A's by PM10 standards)

In all honesty, you guys are the most sincere, warm, gila babi smart people I've ever met. It's been an honour.

Really.

So Yesterday.....

heyy guys this will be the link for the photos ... and if any of u wants the photos let me know.... :)

Yesterday Once More

Indeed I had encounter a roller coaster ride in the past 1.2 years. When I first met all of you, I did cast doubts :(. Being a very homely and not-so-used-to-strangers environment, I indeed had tough time in the start. Especially those dejavus moments in semester 1 , the tornado blown ups in semester 2 and the hail-not-so-smooth-sailing semester 3 had literally left me a significant memory .

Moments like these I will never forget.....

Chemistry class test is at 9 later. Teacher? Can you give us some time up to study? Oh please... Stress ARHHHH!!!!!!!!

People, where's your main conclusion? identify the reasons... Those brain juices were literally being drained off after thinkings S(kills) period. Moments where we need to solve challenging maths questions for tks were really a pain ass...
" one and half hen lay one and a half egg in one and a half day". Oh goodness....

"Teacher, Slow down a bit!!!!!!! You are too fast already.... "

" Teacher, Very hard..." said Eng Kee
" Huh, you want my heart?" said Mr Lucas
* Slapheads*
" VERY HAHHDDDDD" said Eng Kee
" Egg Tart?"Said mr Lucas
* Shakes... THIS DRIVES ME CRAZY ARGHHH

Moments where OYJ sings chinese songs at weird timings and driving becky crazy or maybe Ka Mun and Wee a.k.a the Zee fan...

Occasionally , I do feel stressed to be in this class to be honest, But sometimes , I really love those moments where it just tickled you and made you release all at once. But whatever it is, I'm truly blessed to be part of this class despite all those grinning moments that had turned me upside down.

All I want to say is I'm truly sorry if I had really offended any of you here, or done something that hurt you in the past. But you guys did leave me wonderful memories....

To all lecturers and dearest classmates,

THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING THAT YOU GUYS GAVE ESPECIALLY THOSE MORAL SUPPORT DURING THE BLEEK TIMES AND HELPING ME OUT .

I HOPE WE WILL ALL STILL KEEP IN TOUCH AND WISHING YOU GUYS ALL THE BEST IN YOUR JOURNEY DOWN THE ROAD.

Much Of Love...

Take a look at the lyrics :)

Regarding the coming trip, I have estimated the budget as requested.
Since our prom is on Friday, we shall depart preferably on Sunday morning (in case someone might hangover after the partyafter prom). If you're confident with Malaysia's bus drivers, we shall depart on Saturday night if we're going to Langkawi.
Plan 1
Langkawi.
0000- Depart
0530- Reach Kuala Perlis/ Kuala Kedah and take a ferry ride to Langkawi
0800-Reach Langkawi and do whatever Dave you want. ( to be planned afterwards)
If you want to depart on morning, just delay everything and starts the whole journey at 0800 or 0900.
Accommodation - I personally prefer to stay in Chalet but the problem is the difference in price for a good chalet or a zaplang one is way too much. a good one can cost up to 600 per night and the zaplang one is only 50. For hotel, i think Eagle Bay is not bad, three-star, price is affordable. For extra info, you can click here and tell me your opinion.
Car-rental - For a decent van, cost less than 300 per van. A vanette will cost you less than 200.
Bus and ferry ride - Around 100 for round trip.
Estimated Cost - 400++
I prefer 4D3N instead of 3D2N because I think 3D2N is kind of short and we people can think of what to do during this period to fulfil this whole journey.

Plan 2.
Redang?
If we are going to Redang, just take out 500 bucks and think nothing and enjoy to the max for a 3D2N trip. The 4D3N cost less than 600. But of cos the booz part you have to pay more la.

So, what say you? Tell me your decision as soon as possible before MAY so everything can be done. And I need your help too.

Deposit might be collected if necessary,

For me, I think Langkawi is better. No why.

Confirmed guests : Limpeh, Tat, Joyce, Kamun, Hannah, Darren, Jess.

Yours truly,
Ong's Travel Agency.
